Our founder Martin Weaver has over 40 years of experience in the construction business, including 27 years of full-time designing and drafting. During that time, he has seen many people who have gone into lifelong debt simply to get into a home. In a time when home prices are soaring, Martin recognized that many people need the option to buy what they need now and then add more later, rather than try to buy a larger, more expensive home.
